Ever heard the phrase "Everyone's got a plan till they get punched in the face?" by the great Mike Tyson?
Well it works like that in business too. Strategies are the overarching goal of a company, division, program, or campaign. But the
PLAN is what is going to put feet to that strategy.
Another wise man once said "To fail to plan is a plan to fail." Pretty sure Ben Franklin knew what he was talking about with this one.
Now if we combine these two phrases we can plan what we are going to do...even IF/WHEN we get punched in the face!
