Real Promises (We Actually Keep)
Your Questions, Our Honest Answers
"What personal data do you actually keep?"
Just the bare minimum to let you log in and pay:
- Your Google account info for signing in (we don't see your password)
- Payment details (handled by Stripe, we never touch your card info)
- That's it. Really.

"Do you track what I do on the site?"
Nope. No cookies (except language preference), no analytics, no "journey mapping," no heat maps. We measure success by whether people find our service useful enough to pay for it.
"What do you do with my data?"
We process it to do what you asked us to do. Period. We don't analyze them for "insights", sell them to third parties, or use them to train AI models. They're your assets, not our data mine.
"Any sneaky fine print I should know about?"
- We're based in Spain, so EU laws apply (good news - they're strict about privacy)
- We use reliable services like Google Auth and Stripe for crucial stuff (they're better at it than we would be)
- If we ever change these terms, we'll tell you clearly. No stealth updates.
"What happens to my data if I leave?"
You can delete your account anytime. We'll remove your data, no questions asked. Any unused credits will be refunded.
"Do you share my data with anyone?"
Only the bare minimum needed to run Castuner:
- Google (for login)
- Stripe (for payments)
- That's the list.
"Are you GDPR compliant?"
Yes. In normal human terms, this means:
- You can see what data we have about you
- You can delete it anytime
- We'll notify you if anything weird happens with your data
- We keep things secure
- We don't do anything sneaky with your information
"What about cookies?"
We use one cookie to remember your language preference (if you decide to block it, you'll see the content always in English) and one to store your session, so you don't have to log in after every click. No tracking, no essential marketing cookies (whatever those are), no nonsense.
"This privacy policy seems short..."
That's because we don't do many things that would require explanation. No third-party advertisers to list. No complex data-sharing agreements to disclose. No elaborate tracking systems to justify.
