About This Episode
As the Injury Prevention Coordinator at Missouri State University, Mitch has been involved in the development of athletes across multiple sports. Mitch and his wife have four kids from four different countries and out of their adoption journey also played a piece in the development of Man Up and Go, a non-profit dedicated to fighting foe the fatherless around the world.
