Making the body integral in your healing and the importance of movement where is is standing in place moving your body or pilates, yoga, yoga nidra, strength training and much more. Also moving beyond just self care but into nourishing ourselves on all levels - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritual. Finding why nature and meditation are cornerstone to creating a safe foundation to heal. Connecting is what this place of existence is all about. Learning how to connect to yourself, others, our Divinity and, the world we live in is so empowering. And finally RELATIONSHIPS - how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world we live in is key in our being unstoppable being our authentic self as we healing our trauma. We are constantly in motion and changing so lets step into the flow of life assist our growth.
