Measured is about what happens when a market is actually counted.
Each episode opens the measurement behind one published Ernex market report: what the source data says, what it conceals, what had to be cleaned before a number meant anything, and which figure a professional should act on.
The method does not change between editions. One frozen extraction of the source. Every figure tagged to the table it came from. Automated checks before an edition is released. A clean rebuild reproduces the same file.
Recurring subjects: public procurement and public tender markets, market concentration and competition, single bidding, market entry for foreign suppliers, construction, defence and IT contracting, and how published government data should and should not be read.
