Kevin Mercer, Rocky Anderson and Chris Cameron, met at a water reuse conference in Texas. Rocky treated everyone to some steak and tequila, and sat down with a bottle of duty free bourbon and Cuban cigars, and argued. They found out that they disagree on a lot, but they do agree that the art of disagreement needs reviving.
