I am Dave Walker a former soldier, firefighter and a private security consultant, now a postman working out of a delivery office in Bristol. I have seen and done things that have had an impact on my mental health. During my time at Royal Mail, I have met some great people with amazing life stories. What I have learned is, you don't have to be an ex soldier to have suffered from poor mental health.I want to help remove the stigma attached to talking about mental health in the workplace...
