The Blues Session
Martin Clarke
Live every Sunday from 7pm on 107.2 Red Kite Radio across Thame, Haddenham and Aylesbury. The Blues Session was established in 2008 and originally included musicians playing live in the studio, very much a radio version of the BBC’s The Old Grey Whistle Test. This is something the presenter Martin Clarke and his Producer/Co-presenter Heather Harrison wish to do again in the future. Martin picked up Gold in a national radio award (HBA) for specialist music in 2010 and the show has been nominated three times in the British Blues Awards for independent broadcaster.
